Ok, I can change the commit. Actually with the new implementation Cc: is 
evaluated in both cases.

In my case I add a line before in this way:

....
SUBJECT=`echo $SUBJECT | sed 's/Subject/Oggetto/g'`
echo "$SUBJECT" > $1
....
