[Qemu-devel] [PATCH] configure: Fix CONFIG_QEMU_HELPERDIR generation

We need to evaluate $libexecdir in configure, otherwise we literally end
up with "${prefix}/libexec" instead of the absolute path as
CONFIG_QEMU_HELPERDIR.
