Thanks for the pointing that macro. I will sent new patch top of that 
serie which replaces all "defined(CONFIG_RC_CORE) || 
defined(CONFIG_RC_CORE_MODULE)" with "IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_RC_CORE)" what I 
added.
