Here we were speaking about code part, not theme itself. In order for
the theme to be accepted official it needs to adhere to very strict
liberty and copyright standards which i.a. excludes non-free fonts and
images. I think it would be better to have separate repository for
themes. If you want to create and maintain one, feel free to register a
project on savannah.
