I tried out the recipe in master, and indeed, the libraries are all 
correctly installed.
The following lines fail the build using "danny" though:

codec_pkgs = oe.utils.packages_filter_out_system(d)
d.appendVar('RDEPENDS_libfslcodec-meta', ' ' + ' '.join(codec_pkgs))
