Best search result I got is: http://stackoverflow.com/a/2593330 the user 
says that both *Gitolite* <http://sitaramc.github.com/gitolite/> and 
*Gitorious* <http://gitorious.com/local_install/> are very hard to 
configure!!! What do you suggest?
