Hi Greg,
Just thought I'd add a note to say I appreciate that we are late in the
current cycle so if you would rather hold these for now that is fine. I have
warned a few people already that these might not go into mainline for a cycle.
There is nothing particularly controversial in here though.
Linus is being particularly uninformative on his view on when the merge window
might open this time around as far as I can see.
