Highlights:

-          #5223 - The testing for BSP P0122DS is blocked because there is no image build out.

-          #5259 - adt-installer uses wrong permissions when extracting the sysroot

-          #5223 - [autobuilder] u-boot-fw-utils does not build correctly

-          #5205 – runtime tests blocked due to a meta-intel build fail

FYI: I'm hunting up someone and the right hardware to look into the
three beagleboard issues that popped up with the 3.10 update.

The bugs will be updated accordingly when someone starts looking
at them.
