pm-suspend may help as well :P
But on the serious side, the issue (according to the log provided) is
that the command buffer(pushbuf) is getting corrupted thus with a bit
more time hell breaks loose.
Do you have a reliable way to reproduce the issue ?

If that is truly the case I would recommend bisecting the issue :)
