Hmm... if there is no other errors, then this problem is new for me. Try fallowing options: - change encryption. If you use WEB you can disable encryption at all - it is same. In case there is hardware enc., it may fail. (WEP isn't encryption any more ;)) - try to reset wifi adapter. Unplug and plug it again. - update firmware. If you can compile it, then use this one https://github.com/qca/open-ath9k-htc-firmware > Anyway perhaps some of this info could be of help. > > Regards > ----------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Summary: > > Device deauthenticate with this message in syslog: > > "Oct 5 06:10:50 xarz-hole kernel: [70326.767749] wlan4: deauthenticated > from 00:23:69:1a:d7:eb (Reason: 7)" > > And after this the device remains disconnected unable to associate again. > > > All info about my system setup: > > Ubuntu 12.04 > Kernel 3.11 > Using WEP encription: > > lspci -tv: > > pere at xarz-hole:/var/log$ lspci -tv > -[0000:00]-+-00.0 Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
