Relooking over sunsab.c, the BRK stats will only be accumulated if
sent with data, which may not be the case here.

Maybe check that '/proc/sys/kernel/stop-a' is set to 1.
For that matter, what is '/proc/sys/kernel/reboot-cmd'?
