Hi Juan,
I fully agree with Gregg Levine remarks.
But, for the first look, I maybe see your mistake in GRUB "serial"
command, so there is my first aid:
> but when I write "serial --speed=115200 --word=8 --parity=no --stop=1 usb0"
> this print it:

> "serial port 'usb0' is not found"
Try "serial_usb0" instead of "usb0".
