Hi there,
many people have this bug:

I would fix it, but I have no knowledge in C and about the kernel
internal. I also didn't found any documentation which I could use to
translate the datasheet into the source file.
So I gentle ask you, if you could as a maintainer fix this bug or at
least give me some information/instruction/documentation.
