Tested-by: Tobias Jakobi <tjakobi@math.uni-bielefeld.de>

USB PHY was tested on an ODROID-X2 (Exynos4412 SoC) with patches from
Kamil's previous patchset to enable the usage of the new PHY in EHCI and
OCHI.
