Here is the sniffer capture with wireshark while the problem was
ongoing. I closed all programs and opened firefox with only one tab to
load www.latimes.com. It took several minutes to load the front page.
the capture covers since trying to load the site until it was fully loaded.
My laptop IP is 192.168.0.102 was AP ip is 192.168.0.1
