Just copied the file from Linux, changed the license file header,
and add:

+#define __UBOOT__
  #include <linux/rbtree_augmented.h>
+#ifndef __UBOOT__
  #include <linux/export.h>
+#else
+#include <ubi_uboot.h>
+#endif

so, that should be ok.
