Thank you for the patch. Did you verify that GICv2 is correctly working 
with theses changes?

As n is only used for REG_RANK_NR, I would do:

int rank = REG_RANK_NR(b, n >> 2)

Otherwise than the few changes here, the patch looks good to me, 
assuming you did some tests on GICv2.
