There are many aspects to ponder which basically depend on your project
(timeline, lifetime, features, hardware architecture, maintenance
policy, planned evolution etc). This makes the question quite difficult
to answer in these terms for anyone but you and your team.
A few hints though:
- this migration guide from 2.x to 3.x may give you some useful
information: http://xenomai.org/migrating-from-xenomai-2-x-to-3-x/
- we are about to enter the -rc cycle for Xenomai 3.
