MDIO_BCM_UNIMAC needs HAS_IOMEM, so depend on it, the related error (
with allmodconfig under um):
MODPOST 1205 modules
ERROR: "devm_ioremap" [drivers/net/phy/mdio-bcm-unimac.ko] undefined!
