I just want to point out that parts (all?) of Europe has already
switched from daylight savings to standard time, but (in my case) here
in North America the switch occurs this weekend.

We need a confirmation from Otavio, but I believe this email was sent
out with the wrong time, regardless of the daylight savings.
My understanding was that the call was being planned for 14:00 UTC, so
that we could better cover the different time zones:
7am PDT (Pacific Daylight Time),
10am EDT (Eastern Daylight Time),
12:00 BRST (Brazilia Summer Time),
14:00 UTC (Universal Time Coordinated).
22:00 CST (China Standard Time).
Otavio, can you please confirm? If 12:00 UTC is correct, I'm fine
opening the bridge at that time, but it will be 5am PDT in case
somebody is joining from that time zone.

I'd like to apologize about the confusion I did; all the math confused
me and I ended picking the wrong time.
The above times are right as confirmed to Daiane. I couldn't reply
before because I were in a business trip without easy access to the
computer.

Regarding layer (re)organization, I believe Zhenhua stated that he will

Hi Otavio,
Did you send out the minutes? I don't remember seeing it, and I can't
find it searching in the archives. Maybe the google document serves as
the final minutes? Please let me know.
Also, could we keep a copy of the minutes under Documentation in a new
'meetings' folder or (a pointer) somewhere on the fsl community site
(assuming it's not already there)?

Minutes should contain action items, decisions, and open issues that are
carried forward. It should help drive our next meeting so we don't
discuss the same thing over & over.
