I have Linux patches that I will (re-)post as soon as we are done with
the hypervisor part . They are pretty close to what they used be last
time I posted them, save for the interface changes. I can send them to
you if you want.
For the toolstack it's a bit more complicated: I have patches that will
apply to (I think) 3.16 or 3.17 but not to the latest tree --- there is
huge amount of churn there and I gave up for now trying to chase them.
OTOH, since the interfaces are (or appear to be) stable the binary from
early tree works fine on the mainline.
