Atul.

I believe you need to add
EXTRA_OECONF += "--enable-plugin"

in  a bbappend file for the gcc you need the support it.

That wont solve your problem.  The kernel Makefile is hard coded to use 
your 'HOST' gcc. It is trying to build 'HOST' tools.

Look at the kernel Makefile.

You might need to install gcc-<ver>-plugin-dev or something equivalent 
you your host, but that might not solve all the issues.
