I don't think so, but I've done all the tests with interrupt remapping
disabled. On two identical boxes I have I must forcefully disable
interrupt remapping or else I get no serial console output
(http://lists.xen.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2014-07/msg02884.html). On
another box I've tested interrupt remapping is not supported by the
hardware.
