For example: Manager.ModemAdded, Manager.ModemRemoved MessageManager.MessageAdded, MessageManager.MessageRemoved ConnectionManager.ContextAdded, ConnectionManager.ContextRemoved The name is also a bit misleading, since certain attribute changes are not tracked by update_operator_list...
