This is wrong for this line of hreg_store_msr:

    if (unlikely((env->flags & POWERPC_FLAG_TGPR) &&
                 ((value ^ env->msr) & (1 << MSR_TGPR)))) {

    }

I think you need to change the ~ with "^ ~(1 << MSR_TGPR)".
