I'm not sure, but this may be a mismatch between the supported
audio rates.
Here's what we're using for testing:
for f in /usr/share/sounds/alsa/*.wav ; do
gst-launch playbin uri=file://$f audio-sink="alsasink device=hw:1,0";
done
