[PATCH] isdn/gigaset: cede maintainership

As German phone operators are discontinuing ISDN service, neither
Hansjörg nor I will be able to maintain the Gigaset ISDN drivers
any longer. Paul Bolle offered to step into the breach for odd
fixes.
