Date: Tue, 02 Jun 2015 17:18:08 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <556DC930.3000308@gmx.net> (raw)
Hi all
Sorry for reporting by mail. I do not know how else.
Notebook "HP Pavilion g6", GPT, LVM, UEFI, Secure boot
Linux mint 17.1 64 rebecca, up to date
After installing kernel "4.0.4-040004-generic #201505171336 SMP Sun May
17 17:37:22 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux" the Notebook goes
to hibernation as expected but does does not resume from. After pressing
power button it goes to command line telling something like "...resuming
from disk...." disapearing view moments later (black screen, no
keyboard). Nothing more happening.
Clean restart however working as expected by cycling power off and on
(pressing power button).
Kind regards
Markus
