I implemented DMA data transfer mode for PATA. It works fine in
QEMU(x86) and Loongson3A+RS780E. Please review.

Please fix your MIME type (usually by renaming to .diff). Did you apply
any other patches for loongson3A? Last I remember there were still other
problems with it but I don't remember specifics.
