Hello everyone,

Please be aware that the Lustre 2.8 feature freeze is rapidly 
approaching.  After June 30, any unlanded major features will be 
postponed until a future release.

The current schedule for the 2.8.0 release is always available here:

Smaller code changes (such as support for new kernels) are generally 
still permitted until the code freeze date.  For 2.8.0, the code freeze 
date is August 31st.
