The indicator panel says "Wi-fi disabled by hardware switch". Pressing the "airplane mode" key makes no difference. Once I blacklisted ideapad_laptop kernel module, I did get wi-fi back. But after a couple of minutes it would become slow and unreliable to be point of being unusable. Also the "? /" key doesn't work at all (it has a pt-BR keyboard layout) It all works fine under Win 8 (the OS that ships with this laptop).
