The parameter "state" has been introduced by
a7511905fae7ba592c5bf63cd77d8ff78087d689 "xen: Extend DOMCTL
createdomain to support arch configuration".
But this patch shouldn't be backported entirely. As Ian is away this
week, I would revert this patch and wait him to be back to fix it.
