I like clean and small changes.

If I remember correctly, these boards have fixed DDR. RAW timing method was
introduced to p1_p2_rdb_pc. You are welcome to use this method. It should be
easy to back port.

These boards are actually made by third parties. I have P1010RDB on my hand. If
you need P1020RDB, I can find it for you.
