powerpc:allmodconfig passes for me. Did you enable some additional build options ?
If not, what is your toolchain version ?

Given the discussion around it, I would not want to touch it myself.

Does any of those tend to fail differently than other allmodconfig builds ?
I am hesitant to add more builds to my tests - my build system is already
on its knees.
