I've taken the steps that the makefile does to build up the sources and
generated a git tree [1]. I didn't actually start from the tarball but
instead took their git tree and found the place that the Xen tree really
started from (there were a few patches that said they were copied from
CVS) and applied the Xen patches on top.

If anyone's interested they are more than welcome to copy this to
xenbits. If there's interest I can add a top level 'makefile'
(purposefully lowercase) that grabs mini-os and builds it.
