linux-next? irq/core branch on tip?

https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip.git/log/?h=irq/core
https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/next/linux-next.git/

Will it be included in Linux 4.6?

Regards.
