iMX7d cpu1 issue

Hi Fabio,
To the best of my understanding imx7d SMP support is missing in the 
mainline kernel.
I currently use Freescale git repo 
git://git.freescale.com/imx/linux-2.6-imx.git, branch imx_3.14.52_1.1.0_ga.
