If you can persuade your email client to put the patch inline, that is greatly
preferred as it saves me two minutes doing it when reviewing ;)
Also lowers the barriers to doing a review - I for one sometimes take
a first look on my phone for example, where I can't do this sort of cut
and paste.
Otherwise, a nice driver. A couple of really small points inline.
