Subject: [Qemu-devel] Kqemu does not compile with kernel 2.6.22
Date: Thu, 2 Aug 2007 06:40:17 -0500 (CDT) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <588799.20091.qm@web38410.mail.mud.yahoo.com> (raw)
Hi!
I get the newest version of kqemu (kqemu-1.3.0pre11), and it compiled fine
in various kernels up to 2.6.21.
But when I tried to compile it with 2.6.22, I get this error:
CC [M] /home/hc/tmp/kqemu-1.3.0pre11/kqemu-linux.o
/home/hc/tmp/kqemu-1.3.0pre11/kqemu-linux.c: In function
'kqemu_lock_user_page':

make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.22'
make: *** [kqemu.ko] Error 2
This minds I cannot use kqemu with 2.6.22? Should I go back to 2.6.21?
BTW, I use Mandriva GNU/Linux 2006, with gcc 4.0.1, make 3.80 and glibc
2.3.6.
Thanks in advance.
Hugo Segovia
