Subject: [cip-dev] ToDos from the previous CIP TSC bi-weekly call
Date: Mon, 21 Aug 2017 11:57:02 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <599ABC7E.2040200@codethink.co.uk> (raw)

Hi,

(Apologies if yo receive this mail twice, I have experienced some
technical issues.)

in the previous TSC bi-weekly call there were two To-dos in the kernel
maintenance section I would like to get some clarification from those
who reported them:

* ToDo: set up on building time warnings for unsecure/unsupported configs
* ToDo: before the 4.4 LTS period ends, map supported config symbols to
supported files/directories so that upstream fixes to unsupported parts
of the kernel can be ignored when backporting fixes to 4.4-cip

Who reported them? Can you develop a little through the mailing list?

Best Regards
