Due to Christmas break I wasn't able to continue the review during that 
time, back at work today :)  To be honest, I believe there are still 
some comments (not related to nitpicks) left uncovered.  However, the 
code in v11 (more like v12) is still a large improvement when compared 
to v1. For that reason, if it is still feasible you can add my tag:
