Well.. first easiest (probably insecure) attempt:

iptables -P FORWARD ACCEPT
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -d 143.233.222.77 -j DNAT
--to-destination 10.2.4.2

echo 1 > /proc/blah/blah

That should stablish comunication between internet and the 10.2.4.2
box (started from the internet).
