Few comments about how to send a v2 patch (as described in http://dpdk.org/dev#send):
--subject-prefix 'PATCH v2' to make it clear that it supersedes a previous version
--annotate to add a changelog below the three dashes
--in-reply-to <Message-ID> to have the versions threaded together
http://dpdk.org/dev/patchwork to set the previous version as superseded
