Problems Terratec Cinergy T XS no scan

Hi all,

 i have now setup my Cinergy T XS with the v4l Sources.

So far everything looks fine. (Attached my dmesg)

But when i try to use vlc or w_scan or scan or any other Application, everything seems to hang.

After interrupting the Application i get the message when i try to restart that the ressource is busy.

Can anyone help me to get this dvb-t Stick working.
