I tried to use snmp-extensions to get information about the trafic.

snmp-extensions is compiled under net::snmpv5.1.1
I tryed to run proces.pl
[root@tc bin] proces.pl
Error: no response from host '192.168.250.27'

Snmpd runs like this:
snmpd -L -V -q -f- c /etc/snmpd.conf
snmpd.conf is attached.

Received SNMP packet(s) from 192.168.250.27
 GETBULK message, non-rep=0, max_rep%

I don't have much time, but try to use the snmpwalk command to retrieve the
SNMP information (man smpwalk) to check if the snmpd server is working.
