which program are you using for TV (I'm using kplayer that runs mplayer)

This one seems to be OK.

Your DVB device is vbi0

/dev/vbi0

see the last lines from your dmsg

I've tried vlc too it works also very well. You just have to point your tv app to read from vbi0

I think this is your problem
