I guess v5 of that patch will have that, because it would be rebased on the latest state of
xen/arch/arm/include/asm/setup.h, moving that interface in xen/include/xen/bootfdt.h, in
order to use part of the code taken out from xen/arch/arm/setup.c and put in
xen/common/device-tree/bootinfo.c
