I took a look at Bspec history and the range has been split into ranges
[0x00DD00:0x00DD7F] and [0x00DD80:0x00DDFF], with the later being tagged
as reserved.

I believe, by the time we wrote this patch, the range was still
[0x00DD00:0x00DDFF].
