[PATCH] scripts/spdxcheck: Parse j2 comments correctly

j2 files use '#}' as comment closure, which trips up the SPDX
parser:

 tools/.../definition.j2: 1:36 Invalid token: #}

Handle those comments correctly by removing the closure.
