So now when you lookup BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON_CRYPTOGRAPHY in menuconfig
search do you still see 'BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_RUSTC_TARGET_ARCH_SUPPORTS [=n]'?

Please send your .config file.
